Our 25 m2 studio with 3 French doors has a spacious and well-appointed living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. The large windows open onto a long balcony, allowing you to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine while admiring the panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower, the Bourse de Commerce and the canopy of the market halls.
In the distance, the Montparnasse tower and the Beaubourg center nearby.
The enclosed kitchen is compact but fully equipped, perfect for preparing a meal to enjoy in front of the windows opening onto the city
. The bright and modern bathroom is equipped with all the necessities.

Located at the foot of Châtelet-Les Halles, this studio offers direct access to the main attractions, shops and cultural districts of Paris. The Louvre, Notre-Dame, and the Marais are a few minutes' walk away, and the view from the balcony will allow you to immerse yourself in the Parisian atmosphere as soon as you wake up.
At the bottom of the building, head into the "trou des halles" and you are 1 RER station from Gare du Nord and Gare de Lyon! More central than this does not exist in Paris.
